Please fill out the application form (attached below) along with your completed essay stating why you want to become a Dental Assistant and email it to training@sonrisasdentalcenter.com. We will be contacting you to schedule your interview after we receive your application.

If you are to be accepted into the program you will be required to submit a $500 registration fee to reserve your spot. This fee is payable in the form of cash, check, or card and will be applied to the total cost of the program.
